Artist Coach Wendy Lane Bio
Wendy Lane is a creative life coach, visual artist and human resources professional, trained in the Co-Active coaching model through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
Wendy has completed 196 hours of coach training and is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) through CTI.
CTI is the first organization accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Wendy is a member of ICF and the Minnesota Coach Association (MCA)
Wendy adheres to ICF’s Standards of Ethical Conduct.
Wendy is an artist, who has been working with artists, arts organizations, and creative professionals for over twenty years. She enjoys a balance between her own creative endeavors and helping others to reach their goals. Wendy received a BA degree in arts administration from Metropolitan State University, Human Resources Generalist Certificate from the University of Minnesota, and MFA in visual art from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in Minnesota. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, and the Twin Cities Human Resources Association. Wendy currently works part-time as a Human Resources Consultant for the University of Minnesota’s (U of MN) College of Liberal Arts. Prior human resources employment includes the U of MN’s Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, Ordway Center for the Performing Arts and Walker Art Center.
